Rice-a-Roni Isn't Really a Meal...
Stayed up way too late last night watching Illyssa beat her first Final Fantasy game. It was cute to watch her anxiety, excitement, and disbelief once she realized that she had beaten the final boss and was watching the ending movie. It made me remember that it had taken me years to get to the ending of IX. She made it there in about a week. :/
And she started X today (which has led to more hilarity) and is still playing.
I bought groceries today at the dreaded Wal-Mart...only spent about fifty dollars, for which I am proud. Then I closed with a shift manager from Arizona Ave. and the 202 who was a bit scandalized by everything that I, too, was shocked by when I first worked at the Chandler Mall. But she left a note on the morning schedule that explained why we got out late and said: "P.S. Devan is AMAZING!" That left me with a happy glow. :)
So now I'm going to bed, after a nice shower, and closing again tomorrow only to go home and crash on the lovely, plush, leather paradise that is the family couch. Sounds like Heaven.
Maybe I'll visit the high school, too, because nothing says pitiful like going back to re-live the glory days...

I love reading your blog!!! I was questioning why you were researching how to summon demons until I read down a couple of entries and realized that it was research. Sounds like a pretty good plot. Don't worry too much about your car...should only cost you about $500 or so...we'll help you out! As far as Oregon....well, I hope we can work it all out. Just gotta find a job and we're off!!! Isle of view!!
