Yummm....Peach Mangosteen!
I'm not quite sure what a "mangosteen" is, but that's what the label of my Snapple says. I'll go with it.
Anyway, school and work and my social life are going moderately well at the moment. I get my first French test back soon, and I'll know if I'm maintaining my A or not. My first few papers are also due next week (good thing I'm not working at all!) and I have plans for next weekend. Busy, busy, busy...
This week has been pretty fun, thus far. I hung out with Christina for the first time in eight months or so and we went to an Open Mic at the Tempe Center for the Arts. There were a lot of old people in frumpy clothes playing guitars. It was relaxing.
And last night I went with Sam to a poetry slam in Mill. There were a couple of REALLY GOOD poets there; some broke my heart and others made me laugh 'til I cried. Sam and I also had late-night pancakes at Dennys. Good times.
So now it's off to work and the weekend, whatever that may hold. Probably some homework and some movies. I'm not really up for much else. I need to relax before the all-nighters next week! :D
