I had a fabulous day yesterday (kinda). It started out with me looking really cute in a new sundress that I just bought with cute curly hair...we had to read A Doll's House for my honors class so I was kind of in that "I can kick ass and in a skirt, too!" mode...but I wore high heels (only a half-inch high!) and now have TWELVE blisters on my feet, half of which are on my soles. I'm hobbling across campus today, looking like a leper with bandages all over my toes...not very attractive.

On the upside, I got to wear my slippers out in public with Kelsey! She came over to my apartment and we watched "Bedrooms and Hallways" which is an amazing 90's movie about sexuality with just about every UK actor that I have a crush on...and Jane Austen parodies. Kind of amazing. Then she and I went to Barnes and Noble to poke around...and saw "How to Train Your Dragon" which was ridiculously sweet and awesome. The animation was simply stunning. :O

So now I'm lounging around in Hayden library doing some research on Canadian politics and D'Arcy McGee (?) because, apparently, I need to know this stuff. I won't complain. I love my class.

But I cannot wait for this semester to be over. I really want to read this book called Oscar Wilde and the Death of No Importance...it's on my Amazon booklist. Summer time, here I come.
