Even when I run out of food and have to go to the store and wonder what I can afford, I still feel like this is just a vacation, an orchestra tour, a road trip, and that in a month or week, I will get to go home and sleep in my bed and eat breakfast with my family.

When does that go away?

In lighter, less angsty news: I have had an idea for my NaNoWriMo story this year...and the working title is "Charlie's Demons". I have always been fascinated by demonic summonings and have written a few stories about it already. This idea has to do with a young woman and the demons she summons who simply won't leave her alone. I would like for it to be a parody of the romantic genre, but things tend to get romantic with me, regardless of my good intentions. And, even if Charlie falls madly in love with one of her Incubi, perhaps I can relay a good message. Perhaps this will be written so hastily and badly that it won't matter what happens. I could kill everyone off with Ninjas. But, honestly, that would have to be some super Ninja to kill a demon...

So that's the plan. I have a couple of demons whose attributes I like and I will begin characterizing them...however I want. Because that's fictional liscense for you. And the madness begins in a little over two months! Yay!
